Scanned from a darling Circa 1922 Children’s Bird Book, I love the bright colors on this one! Here we have a charming Free Robin Clip Art Image! Perched on a Cherry tree branch, he has such lovely red coloring that matches the berries on the Tree. Poor little thing! It looks like the Cherubs are taking him to Heaven. There are both males and females in this set. or Europe as I purchase ephemera from all over.
They are very busy birds! Some of these are American Robins, but some are probably from the U.K. Their breeding season is generally from April till July, and they will typically have 2-3 sets of young broods each season. Featured below are many of these beautiful songbirds… some with nests and eggs along with a few babies. It’s always a treat to see these charming birds out in the wild, or in the yard, in shrubs or on the lawns searching for Earthworms. The average lifespan of a robin is about 12 years. Today we have a marvelous collection of Robin Images! A robin is a familiar bird … it’s a small to medium-sized songbird with an orange-red breast and throat, grey back and wings, and brownish-black head.
